Real Estate Agent Steve Gott was making plans to set up his own real estate agency when he approached Redtrike Creative Co. to help develop his brand identity. His brief was to create a brand that was bold, clean, simple and memorable. It was important to have an inline and stacked logo that could be used within varied layouts to ensure maximum brand exposure. Following research and testing, green was selected as the primary colour. It was strong, impactful and wasnt being used by other competing real estate agencies. The resulting typographical logo incorporates an angled oblong to represent the roof line of a modern skillion roof home.
When designing the livery, signage and website, the layout and design remained clean and simple to compliment the logo. This resulted in a fresh, bold brand that stood-out in a highly competitive market.
